Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
clubnparty provides a platform for discovering, hosting and attending events, and for buying and selling tickets. This policy explains how we handle personal data across:
- clubnparty for Android — com.cnpglobal.cnpandroid
- clubnparty for iOS — com.cnpglobal.CNP
- clubnparty.com
Contact: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Account and profile information — name, username, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, profile and cover photos, biography and any social links you add.
- Event and ticket activity — events you create, host, co-host, save or attend; tickets and orders; attendance history.
- Payment information — we do not store your full card number. Card details are captured and processed directly by our payment provider. If you receive payouts as a host, we process your bank account (IBAN) and account-holder name.
- Content you post — photos and moments, reviews and ratings, and messages you send through the app.
- Location information — approximate location where you permit it, used to show events near you and to centre maps.
- Device and technical information — device type and operating system, app version, language, IP address, identifiers, and diagnostic or crash information.
- Communications — messages you send our support team.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the service; create and manage your account; process ticket purchases, refunds and host payouts; show relevant events and improve recommendations; send service messages and, where you allow it, push notifications; keep the platform safe and prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations; and analyse and improve the service.
4. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK users)
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation or the UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you; your consent (for example for location, push notifications, and analytics or advertising cookies where required); our legitimate interests (such as security, fraud prevention and improving the service); and compliance with our legal obligations. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
5. How we share information
- Other users — your profile and the events you host or attend may be visible to others, according to your visibility settings.
- Payment processing — our payment provider processes card payments; card details go directly to them.
- Bank payouts — our banking partner receives the account details needed to pay hosts their earnings by bank transfer.
- Push notifications and crash reporting — providers that deliver notifications to your device and report app crashes and diagnostics.
- Analytics and advertising — providers that measure how the service is used and support marketing; in the EEA and the UK these run only with your consent.
- Maps and places — a mapping provider renders maps and resolves addresses and place names.
- Hosting and storage — our infrastructure providers host the service, its databases and uploaded media.
- Network security and content delivery — a provider that protects and speeds up our website.
- Email delivery — a provider that sends transactional and verification emails.
- Legal and safety — authorities or advisers where we are required by law or need to protect our rights or users' safety.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers we work with operate outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.
7. How long we keep your information
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and to meet our legal, accounting, tax and reporting obligations. This means some records — including orders, tickets and payment records — are kept after an account is closed.
For details of what is removed and what is kept when you delete your account, see our Account deletion page.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent you previously gave us. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the clubnparty website or from within the app. For full step-by-step instructions, and details of what is deleted and what is kept, see our Account deletion page.
10. Children
clubnparty is intended for adults and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. If we learn that we have collected personal data from someone below that age, we will delete it.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and, with consent where required, to measure usage and support marketing. Visitors in the EEA and the UK are asked for consent before non-essential cookies are used, and can change that choice at any time.
12. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, and will change the "last updated" date above when we do. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email.
14. Contact us
If you have any questions or requests about this policy or your data, contact us at [email protected].
