Terms & Conditions for ClubnParty marketplace
By using this application, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Definitions:
   "Marketplace" refers to the party ticket selling platform provided through the smartphone application.
   "Host" refers to the individual or entity organizing and selling tickets for a party on the Marketplace.
   "Ticket Owner" refers to the individual who purchases a ticket for admission to a party through the Marketplace.
2. Ticket Purchase:
   Ticket Owners may purchase admission tickets to parties listed on ClubnParty.
   All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except as provided in Section 4 below.
3. Party Listings:
   Hosts are responsible for accurately listing party details, including date, time, location, and any additional terms and conditions.
   ClubnParty reserves the right to remove any party listings that violate the Marketplace's policies or local regulations.
4. Party Cancellation:
   In the event that a party listed on ClubnParty is canceled by the Host, Ticket Owners will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
   The Host must promptly notify Ticket Owners and ClubnParty of any party cancellations and initiate the refund process.
   ClubnParty will facilitate the refund process and ensure that Ticket Owners are reimbursed in a timely manner.
5. Liability:
   ClubnParty acts solely as a platform for connecting Hosts and Ticket Owners and is not responsible
   for the actions or conduct of either party.
   Hosts are solely responsible for the organization and execution of parties listed on ClubnParty,
   including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
   Ticket Owners attend parties at their own risk and acknowledge that ClubnParty is not liable for any
   damages, injuries, or losses incurred during or as a result of party attendance.
6. Dispute Resolution:
   Any disputes between Hosts and Ticket Owners regarding party listings, cancellations, or refunds
   shall be resolved directly between the parties.
   ClubnParty may, at its discretion, provide assistance or mediation in resolving disputes but is not
   obligated to do so.
7. Amendments:
   ClubnParty reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
   Notification of amendments will be provided to users via the smartphone application or other
   means of communication.
   Continued use of ClubnParty following the amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised
   terms and conditions.
8. Governing Law:
   These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international
   law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Host Verification:
    Individuals or organizations seeking to become hosts on ClubnParty must undergo a verification
    process.
    During the verification process, hosts are required to provide personal information and any other
    documentation deemed necessary by ClubnParty.
    ClubnParty reserves the right to reject any host application that does not meet the verification requirements or raises concerns regarding safety, legality, or compliance with these terms and conditions.
    Hosts agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the verification process and to promptly update their information if any changes occur.
11. Personal Information Security:
    ClubnParty is committed to protecting the privacy and security of users' personal information.
    All personal information collected during the use of ClubnParty, including during the verification process for hosts, will be secured and handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including Georgian and international law.
    ClubnParty will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
    By using ClubnParty, users consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information as described in ClubnParty's Privacy Policy.
    ClubnParty's Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information collected, the purposes for which it is used, and the rights of users regarding their personal information.
12. Ticket Owner Responsibility:
    The person purchasing party admissions through ClubnParty acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their choice of parties and attendance at such events.
    ClubnParty provides a platform for facilitating the buying and selling of party admissions but does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any parties listed on the platform.
    Ticket Owners attend parties at their own risk and discretion, and ClubnParty assumes no responsibility or liability for any consequences arising from attendance at such events.
13. Host Fees:
    Hosts selling party admissions through ClubnParty acknowledge and agree to pay a certain fee from ticket sales to ClubnParty for the services provided.
    The fee charged to hosts will be deducted from the ticket sales revenue before the remaining balance is transferred to the host.
    ClubnParty reserves the right to adjust the fee structure at its discretion and will provide advance notice to hosts of any changes.
    Hosts agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of their account on ClubnParty.
    By using the ClubnParty smartphone application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not use the application.
