From slow jams that defined a generation to club-ready collaborations with the biggest names in hip-hop, Trey Songz has spent two decades proving that great R&B never goes out of style. Miami fans can expect a night packed with his most beloved records, fresh 2026 music, and the effortless charisma that has made him a favorite on stages around the world. About Trey Songz Born Tremaine Aldon Neverson on November 28, 1984, in Petersburg, Virginia, Trey Songz grew up on military bases and began winning talent shows as a teenager, which led to a meeting with producer Troy Taylor and a deal with Songbook Entertainment in a joint venture with Atlantic Records. After releasing street-level mixtapes under the alias the Prince of Virginia, he debuted in 2005 with the Top Ten R&B/hip-hop hit I Gotta Make It and quickly followed through on that promise. His run of albums including Ready, Anticipation, Trigga (2014), and Tremaine (2017) produced signature hits such as Say Aah, Bottoms Up, Neighbors Know My Name, Can't Help But Wait, and Heart Attack, with Trigga and Tremaine both landing in the Top 3 of the Billboard album charts. His match-ups with Drake on Successful and I Invented Sex further blurred the line between bedroom-friendly R&B and club-ready hip-hop. With more than 32 million records sold worldwide, multiple Grammy nominations, and a Soul Train Music Award for Best R&B/Soul Artist Male, he has also built an acting career with roles in Baggage Claim, Texas Chainsaw 3D, and Blood Brother. After his 2020 album Back Home, he has stayed busy with a steady stream of new music, including 2025 singles Lonely, Can't Stay Mad, Say The Word, and History, and 2026 releases Pain In My Eyes with Fivio Foreign and CRASH OUT with Blaq Tuxedo.
